FUNCTIONING
• Dry ice is the most powerful solution for the transport of frozen products, but the difficulty was to obtain consistent temperatures because of its proper low temperature (-80°C).
• The COLDWAY solution : dry ice is introduced in the Freetherm container into a compartment separated from the useful volume. Thanks to a fan system (ventilation), the inner temperature can be adjusted between -35°C and +8°C with a tolerance of ±2°C.
GENERAL FEATURES
• Mono-block body and lid made of rotomoulded polyethylene, food quality requirements.
• Very high thermical insulation coefficient made of expanded polyurethane without CFC.
• Easy to clean with a clinical detergent or a disinfectant.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
• Regulated refrigeration thanks to the Freetherm system and the dry ice
• The dry ice has no contact with the transported products
• Ventilated refrigeration by a fan system in order to obtain a homogeneous temperature inside the container
• Reliable and robust, requiring few maintenance
• Programming of setting temperature between -35°C and +8°C
• Outside digital display
• Precise regulation of the inner temperature at ±2°C independently from the ambient temperature
• Possible use of eutectic plates for positive temperature only
