Coldway has been designing, manufacturing and distributing for many years products which guarantee a constant "controlled" temperature.

Coldway products are automated containers  (designed in different volumes) using an innovating thermo-chemical process and a smart and active electronic system of order (SmartColdway) and of temperature management. These devices can also communicate with the outside by remote control.

Coldway is keen to meet the customers satisfaction by keeping a product improvement and a services updated.

To carry the quality assurance policy, Coldway Management determined 5 axes of improvement :

  - Increase its working profitability as the only guarantor of the continued existence of the company,

 - Motivate the staff and improve its working conditions by optimizing the involvement of the team,

 - Attend to the regulations and standards enforcement.

In order to quantify the improvements and measure the progress made, indicators of efficiency are worked out, they allow to evaluate the achievement of these objectives and are followed in a synthetic dashboard.
